Running Analysis.
- Analysis of the head, shoulder, pelvis, and foot position during running to identify possible postural errors. Good alignment helps to prevent injuries and increase efficiency.
- Assessment of step length: we often don't move in a completely circular fashion because one leg is stronger and therefore develops more power than the other.
- Examine the first contact with the ground (e.g. heel, midfoot, or forefoot) and the entire rolling process. Optimum rolling behavior reduces stress on the joints and improves power transmission.

During a consultation, we will find out together what you want to achieve and you will get a clear overview of the investment in yourself. As I am Qualitop-certified, there is also the option to partially finance your personal training through complementary insurance.
Is personal training tailored to my individual needs?
For me, it only means 1 to 1 training! This is the only way to implement exactly the training program that leads you to your goal. Make no compromises when it comes to your health and fitness!
I haven't done any sport for ages. Can I even manage that?

I start at your current performance level, take into account any complaints or weaknesses, and improve your performance step by step.
