General Terms and Conditions
- Hand und Fuss by Max Binder – Rolfing & Personal Training Basel
1. Scope of Application
These General Terms and Conditions apply to all Rolfing and Personal Training services offered by Hand und Fuss by Max Binder in Basel. By scheduling an appointment, the client agrees to and accepts these Terms and Conditions.
2. Scope of Services
Offered services include individual sessions in Rolfing (Structural Integration) and personal training. All services are conducted as 1-on-1 personal care and are tailored specifically to the individual client’s needs.
3. Appointments and Scheduling
Appointments can be booked in person, by phone, or online. Once confirmed, all appointments are legally binding.
4. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy
Cancellations or requests to reschedule must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled session. If an appointment is cancelled less than 24 hours in advance or in case of a no-show, the full session fee will be billed, as this time is exclusively reserved for you.
5. Rates and Payment Terms
The applicable rates are those currently published or communicated. Payment is due on site directly after the session, or as otherwise agreed upon.
6. Health and Personal Responsibility
Clients are required to inform the practitioner of any relevant health restrictions, injuries, or pre-existing medical conditions prior to starting treatment. Participation in sessions is at the client’s own risk and responsibility.
7. Limitation of Liability
The services provided do not replace medical diagnosis or treatment by a qualified doctor or healthcare professional. Liability for any damage to health is excluded to the extent permitted by law, except in cases of gross negligence or willful intent.
8. Health Insurance Coverage
Rolfing sessions may be partially reimbursed by Swiss health insurance providers through supplementary insurance (Zusatzversicherung). Clients are responsible for clarifying coverage and eligibility directly with their insurance provider prior to treatment.
9. No Guarantee of Results
No guarantee can be provided for specific therapeutic outcomes or fitness results, as individual progress depends on individual physical factors, active client participation, and baseline health conditions.
10. Data Protection and Privacy
Personal data is processed in accordance with the separate Privacy Policy available on this website.
11. Miscellaneous / Closing Provisions
These Terms and Conditions are governed by Swiss law. Should any provision of these Terms be held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
